Organic Elderberry Powder

Tastes great. I put this on top of my yogurt or oatmeal. I bought it to see if it helped as an immune booster. I'd read about using liquid, but liquid isn't always handy depending on what your life looks like. I tried blending this into a bit of lemonade. It tasted great, but i ended up putting water in the cup and drinking it to be sure I got the amount I intended of the elderberry. This is why I began putting it on top of the yogurt or oatmeal. I only stir it in enough to blend it in my first few bites. I don't always end up finishing my food and hate to lose any of the benefits. Benefits for me- after 2 full months of consuming either a teaspoon of the liquid (another brand) or this powder each day, that my bathroom habits have changed for the better. I've had some irritable bowel type of issues (not diagnosed medically) for about 35 years. It's annoying and taught me to be cautious of what I eat. I'm still cautious and likely will always be, but I've rarely have any intestinal discomfort in over a month. When I do, it's been due to eating something that I was aware is an issue for me, it resolves quickly and doesn't extend over any period of time.

I love mixing this into my protein drinks and fruit & veggie smoothies. I use Elderberry to boost my immune system. I like this brand. I previously purchased their Tumeric powder. Terrasoul is a good brand. The package doesn't contain a scooper. I save my scoopers of different sizes from the empty product bags of other brands I've purchased. I wash and dry the scoopers and reuse for products that don't come with a scooper.

Well I'm sure the health and vitamin's benefits are still there. But I have never before incountered a freeze dried product that didn't completely desolve when added to either Hot or Cold water. I have been using it mixed with warm water hoping it will all become liquid. Well I have gotten to the point I can not stand to drink this with all the grit of the product that never desolve's. These are pictures of after putting about a teaspoon in about 8 oz water and leaving it for 15 minutes, which I could not do everyday. I will not buy this again, I don't have the time to strain it. It is fine actually good even after it has been triple strained. Sorry, the liquid is good, but there are other brands to choose from.

I bought this to make vitamin C easier. And I’m happy with it. I put a big pot and boiled it until it took all the product out of the powder and then I filtered it through some paper towels. Coffee filters just would not work paper towels, work great and then I put it in a big jar and I just added it to whatever I’m drinking Water homemade lemonade whatever

This is so delicious,I add this to my hibiscus tea for the extra health benefits. Love that is Freeze dryed and easy to use. Little expensive but we'll worth the price.

Excellent product

2 tsp in a smoothie caused nausea and diarrhea for many hours. It is extremely rare for me to have a negative reaction to food, so this was bizarre. According to my research afterward, uncooked elderberry is toxic.

Made me sick
