Wonderful
The very first 3 I took really helped me drift off to sleep, however I noticed this effect diminish over time. I did feel 'level' in a way I haven't before. My anxiety reduced and stress diminished but I don't know for sure if this was the reishi directly because I take 15mg mirtazapine or it enhancing the effect of mirtazapine. However when my reishi ran out I was flooded with anxious thoughts again so I'm sticking with consuming reishi as it seems to help.

Good Results
I am unable to use any kind of mushroom complex due to an allergy, so I gave these to my wife to help with stress and boost her immune system. She takes 3a day which is a good dose of this supplement. I took some time to see any improvement, but slowly her sleep deepened, her mood became less black and she has not had any kind of flu so far this season. She always gets a cold/flu around November/December. It is very likely that this supplement is helping all these issues. Her stomach can tolerate this supplement and she is feeling better. Overall, it appears that this supplement works and it is helping my wife. Therefore we are happy to recommend this product.

Actually impressed
I have a nice calm feeling and feel grounded. It’s mild but it helps. I would recommend it to anyone. Reishi is wonderful and I will definitely order some more. Everyone is different but I guess I may of found a keeper with reishi mushroom. 🍄

Terrible quality control.
Product packaging was open (not Amazons Packaging) and the protection seal was removed!, Have thrown in the bin as unsafe and no way of knowing if the capsules have been tampered with, I'm not taking that chance.
