Good product. Strongly recommended.
Purchased this in 2022 and later in 2025 i had purchased again for my another flat. I am satisfied with the product. I am satisfied with quality and flow of the water. I would strongly recommend it. Also have never faced issue in contacting customer care. In 1-2 years the repair cost comes around 7k but given the low initial purchase price, i don't mind it paying. So overall cost for total 2 years with maintenance is okay for me.

It’s been over a year now that I purchased this water purifier. Good product no stress with usage. Although it is very bulky and the water wastage due to the RO process.

Scam and fraud sold in the name of PureIt RO by AO Smith
I am sorry but I don't have an option to rate zero. The RO looks very nice from the outside but it never works. AO Smith is doing a scam with customers by selling a dummy set of filters in the name of RO. The filters they sell don't process the incoming water and send it out as received. When you complain, the technicians ask you to pay hefty amount to change filters. I didn't agree with the support executives to pay, so they left the RO unattended. I suspect these changed filters are the real ones that should be installed from the first day. I'm very disappointed with their support system and warranty claims, which doesn't cover the filters even in the first year. I am really regretting my decision to buy it.

Very low value for money
Been using it for 3 yrs now and it's good. But in terms of services, repairs and filter replacements I have spent the same amount as the product so far and looks like it's going to cost more from now on. It could be due to hard water in my place but to think the product lived it cost within 3yrs makes less sense.

No Support Available
Don’t recommend. Installation is very difficult and support is not available. Had heard great things about the product itself which is why I purchased it but ended up disappointed.
