This is a quality supplement & yes I noticed positive effects from a 150mg a day dose. Results between 30 -60 days.

5-HTP has been a life saver for me. As someone who has struggle with anxiety, this has been the only supplement, that I am willing to take to get me through whatever is stressing me out. I don't use any medications so natural is the way to go.I have read some scary things on 5-Htp but I keep my dose extremely low (1/4 a pill to a half at max) and have learn how beneficial it is.*BEWARE*Do your research, I believe it's similar to a SSRI.It does cut your anxiety. BY A LOT. I would never be able to do public speaking without it. When I'm on it, I a little fear of speaking, but no side effect like sweating, heart racing, butterflys, confused thinking, etc, that I normally get from anxiety.I will say it's very similar to taking benzodiazepines. You do feel a little disconnected. I have said things that just blurted out with no control. I realized my dose was too high and now try to keep it as low as possible to benefit my anxiety without losing control.P.S. It took me a long time till I figured out this was beneficial for my health. The first time I bought it, it had to be close to 6-8+ years ago. It wasn't till so 2018-19 I found out it could help.
