I bought these foot metatarsal cushions and I was immediately pleased at the pain relief when I started wearing them daily. I stayed off my foot as much as possible, and used these pads when I was walking - even if I was just wearing my slippers. After a couple of weeks my foot was feeling much better I continue to wear the cushions most of the time to prevent a repeat injury. I do notice the cushions stay in place better when worn with a sock, and they slide a bit when wearing summer shoes with no socks.
