The only thing i will say it it sets very quickly. I use this on dry hair, a little goes a long way. I find myself using a dime or half dime size amount and working through hair....letting it set, then going through a 2nd time after it sets to create a bit more texture. It feels light out of the tin, but once you emulsify it in your hands, it really stiffens up, so you have to work pretty fast. Better now with the green cover *by L***H on November 13, 2025* I bought this product with "Finishing Clay" 18 months ago when it had a dark-red cover. I liked it because it had a strong hold, matte finish, and was easy to wash out. It was good, but not perfect. It was a bit heavy, and had a slight shine, so I kept trying other brands. However, now it has a green cover and I suspect they changed the formulation a bit because it now holds a lot better than the older product did and is more matte.
