Good Quality, Easy to Install, Secure Shell Storage
After searching for and trying out several different slings for my 12 gauge, I finally found one that met all the criteria I wanted. 1. The sling appears to be quite well made. Out of the package it had no signs of fraying or any excess stitching that you find on many less expensive nylon webbed products. All the metal attachment and adjustment components are sturdy steel. 2. Installation was quick and easy. The provided post-type attachment hardware fit directly through the stock and magazine tube mounting points without any modification. These can also be removed altogether so that the nylon strap can be fed directly through other types of mounts, such as a rail mounted quick disconnects. The strap at the attachment point is 1.25" for reference. 3. The sling is secure. This is not only true for the sling itself but the shell holders. This is where I have been disappointed with many other slings that I have tried. Not here. Even with some fairly vigorous shaking, not a single shell became dislodged. Finally! Granted that it is a bit more difficult to insert the shells into the holder, but at least I won't be dropping any without knowing. 4. Comfort. While this was not high on my list, the padding behind the shell holder that would sit on your shoulder is actually fairly comfortable. It is not too thick as to become bulky, but just enough to prevent the rims of the shotgun shell casing from becoming uncomfortable. TL;DR - this sling was so impressive for the price, I just ordered another one.

Love This Sling!
Purchased this for use on a Mossberg tactical pump shotgun I own. Appears very well made, with sturdy and easily adjustable metal hardware. Has non-slip material on the underside of the shell holder section, that helps keep the sling in place. The lockable 1 1/4 inch swivels included fit the sling studs on my gun. The 15 shell loops are sturdy and hold shells securely and, loaded with 1 3/4 inch mini shells, adds very little additional weight. It also has a loop on the sling that makes tightening the sling easy while being worn. A great value and I plan to purchase a second one soon

Great cartridge carrying sling.
Awesome product a must have accessory for any tactical shogun. It's a very comfortable sling and it holds 15 12 gauge shotgun cartridges. I am not sure if it is possible to use with 20 gauge cartridges. I have never tried. I don't own any 20 gauge shotguns but I highly recommend this to anyone who has the want and need to get one.

Didn't expect a lot and it's actually better than I hoped. Works. About all you can say.

Good Sling at good price.
As described. The latches work well and release easily.

Strap quality
The strap has broken loose about 3 times so far and keeps unraveling. But holds shells firmly

IT ACTUALLY HOLDS 20 GAUGE!!!
I can't believe I actually found something that holds 20 gauge shot shells as advertised! I get that 12 gauge is the most popular size shotgun. But that doesn't mean the isn't a market for 20 gauge accessories. Well hallelujah! Here it is! Holds nice and snug but not too tight. Perfect!

La sangle n'est pas trรจs longue, elle ne permet pas une pose en bandouliรจre avec l'arme en suspension sur le torse.

I use this sling for practical shotgun on a Mossberg 590. Does the job.
Great sling for the price. Easy adjust and enough slack for shoulder or back carry.

All metal buckles
I really like it. Great sling attachments and durable buckles. And a good padding. It does get quite heavy with 15 double ot buck though

Does what it's supposed to do.....mostly
This product was purchased to replace the leather sling which has spent thirty years on my Winchester Defender stainless shotgun. With a pretty extensive arsenal of weapons at my disposal, this shotgun is kept handy on a daily basis where others of my guns languish in a heavy safe. We have lived on the edge of a large tract of public land for the past 40 years and have had numerous visits from bears, cougars, moose, elk, deer, fishers and even beavers over the years. The rural area we live in is now also frequented by drug dealers, thieves and other human detritus on a regular basis. Every night I walk our two extra large dogs around the 4 acre clearing which comprises the living space on our quarter section of land. I usually have numerous small chores to attend to and it is awkward to perform some of them without leaving my shotgun in the house or carrying it with the frustration of having the sling constantly sliding off my shoulder. This sling cured that problem. It stays on the shoulder and that's mostly what I ask of it. I also like the shell loops which hold bird shot, slugs, buckshot and also rubber slugs. With a few rounds of each in the sling plus five rounds in a butt mounted shell holder, I am ready for any eventuality. Now for the negatives: Unfortunately, the adjustment points are cheap and slippery metal and the sling eventually slides loose on them. Since I care much more about function than appearance, I solved this problem by some crude stitching and wrapping electrical tape around the loose ends of the sling. This prevents any unintended loops or loose ends from getting caught up on something at the most inopportune moment. There are higher quality slings out there which do not require home remedies to make them foolproof. These high end slings, however, cost up to five times as much as one of these Boosteady slings. I now have them on two of my carbines as well.
