Can this product be used in a tank with water snails in it?

I am not sure the type of snail you have but I have snails in my 75 gallon discus tank which is fresh water and I have used Prime for many years without problems.

I guess I should have asked if this contains Sulphur , thus the smell, or sulfites of any description?

The label states it contains complexed hydrosulfite salts

how long is the expiration date of prime after opening?

Am new at the hobby, but i didn’t see in the bottle that has a expiration date. And with my 75 galon to cylcle the tank you supposed to add for 7 days with stability to maintain amonia down and stability to help grow bacteria the size I bought goes fast.. pluse water change weekly.. ( let me tell you, is a good product.)
