Okay in my opinion, it has worked FOR ME so far. It helps me sleep better and itโs not addictive at all. And since i go to gym, i wanted to try this out for my muscle cramps and i can see visible changes in a week. Follow the instructions properly as directed in the packaging to see visible improvements

Could have been better; wasted money
Used it for straight 60 days and also took Ashwagandha as prescribed by my Ayurvedic doctor. There was no effect of this medicine. I would recommend buying a Magnesium lotion instead that absorbs directly; but do check the side effects

Been using magnesium for almost 5 6 months now i dont what to begin with firstly if you're someone who has irregular period this is a magic pill i always had periods once in 3 months or 4 months simce the month i started taking this magical suppliments everything vanished every problem my leg cramps my digestive issue and my reproductive health has never been matter its the best thing

Feel sleepy after taking the tablet
Hi, anyone feel sleepy after taking the tablet? I have been taking it for 2 days 2 tablets at night as mentioned in the bottle . After sometime I feel very dizzy and feel sleepy .Is there any sleeping compound added to this is it addictive. Bcz I tried calling and chatting with them from their website..before buying the tablets to get some advise..But there was no response .Pls suggest.
