I've eaten bhains ka desi ghee from my childhood, i know what a pure authentic Bhains ka Ghee tastes like, smells like it's texture, it's colour. And this ghee has passed all the checks. I have personally tried many buffalo ghee online and this particular brand has offered me the best quality till date. Thank you so much Indi Cows for delivering such quality at this sweet price. It's definitely a value for money deal, go for it guys! It comes in a glass jar and yeah it came in a really secure packaging using thermocol and cardboard. Edit: This ghee tasted authentic and good only initially, since half jar is finished, that pure smell, real taste and all is gone. Now I am having my doubts whether they have mixed dalda or some low quality ghee with some amount of actual ghee on top of the jar.

The ghee is so smooth I don't know how. It should be a little granular which are not too hard not too soft. It doesn't have the aroma of ghee. I am afraid what am I eating. I hope it's not oil or any other chemical. I am from a house of farmers and I know what bilona method is how many stages it goes through and how it should taste feel and smell. Not great. I thought it will have nice fragrance & flavour. Expect it to be a rich Buffalo Ghee. I tried it twice, But it had nothing.
