Comfortable but really hard to put together
This should’ve been easy to build, but it was extremely difficult. Pieces didn’t fit quite right. It was a real struggle. For this price point, it should go together much easier.

Work Comfortably!
I have been using this chair for three weeks. I bought it because of back pain I was experiencing in my typical desk chair. (I have no back medical issues). I assembled the chair by myself although a second person would be very helpful. Construction diagrams are horrible, but using common sense you can put it together. When adjusting this chair for you, be sure to study videos of people sitting in this chair online to observe the proper body alignment you are striving for. I have to admit I’m hefty lady so I chose this chair for it’s sturdy construction and numerous adjustments. It was an extravagant purchase for me but worth it! Immediate relief of back pain for me. I use it eight hours a day at my desk. It sounds funny, but this morning I put a piece of nonslip rug padding on the seat so I couldn’t slip forward when both shins were on the shin rests. I know I will like this addition :-). Very happy with seller communication.

Do not buy this chair. Awful investment.
Hard to put together. Broke after 4 months. Difficult/impossible to repair. This is one of the better-looking kneeling chairs options out there but it is fragile and overpriced.Do not buy this chair – choose a cheaper alternative!!I regret not following other reviews that warned of the same issues.

Edit: upgraded to 4 stars - still over-priced... terrible instructions...
Edit: The below review is still accurate, however after using the chair more extensively I must say the design is fantastic. There are a few other chairs on the market - more expensive - with longer delivery wait times that are more adjustable/flexible - but that being said this chair allows for a much wider range of natural movement. It’s easy to shift positions and the chair itself is also light and quite easy to maneuver. Still very expensive and many will not take the risk - but if you are suffering - give it a try. I’ll add that weighing 190lbs at the time of writing - I feel as though I’m almost at the limit of what the chair will handle - doesn’t feel as though it’s about to collapse or anything - but it also doesn’t feel incredibly sturdy either. It’s not a chair you can lounge or relax in - IMO - don’t fall asleep in it LOL. The fabric covering on pads/seat also seems quite sturdy - but not exactly soft - so if you have delicate skin - you might need to wear long pants or cover with something softer etc. While there's no question this chair is far superior to the many $150-250 competing products on the market, it's absolutely NOT worth $800+ in my opinion. The instructions were a joke, screws and other parts were rolling around the box - torn bags gave me the impression this item was purchased/returned... Everything except one of the wooden dowels was there. Ultimately, the chair is functional and works as advertised. I will say, however, it's not quite as adjustable as I had hoped. By this I mean the ways in which the chair is adjustable do not actually provide the level of movement, or movement in the right direction to facilitate a more custom fit. As a reference I'm around 5'9" and swing between 185-195lbs. The seat padding is NOT sufficient in my opinion and here's one area where some of the lesser priced chairs, of which I have purchased several, actually win out. At the end of the day, I think this company, and so many others are to a degree exploiting our pain/desperation. I'm just not sure how this price tag is justified.

Nightmare install!
Boy, I'm pretty handy with a wrench and stuff, but this was by far the worst assembly I've ever been thru! Every step was a MF, there's 100 little things they could do to make the consumer experience much much better. Cool chair and all, but honestly if you don't want to wrestle the chair for 2 hours then just pick something else.

VERY Serious Concerns About Long Term Reliability
I took a few photos of my major issue with this chair. After a lot of research on good adjustable kneeling chairs (there aren't that many around), I decided to just suck it up and purchase the Varier ThatSit. The chair itself is great, but I have some very serious issues with the cracking of wood that is occurring where the knee pads meet the rocker area on the bottom. For the price of this chair, it is in my opinion unacceptable to have quality control issues like this.
