CAROTE Non Stick Frying Pan, 10 Inch Classic Granite Skillet with Glass Lid

Absolutely love this skillet! It’s beautifully crafted - looks like granite pan. Absolutely a breeze to clean. Nothing sticks. Heats evenly and quickly using medium heat (gas burner) Love the clear lid and the lid handle and skillet handle look like wood but they are not - they’re beautiful. I can’t describe the metal bottom design but I’m sure it’s why the skillet heats quickly and evenly. Besides making perfect soft scrambled eggs, omelets and over easy eggs. It makes beautiful browned crispy grilled cheese sandwiches and quesadillas. I’ve even made grilled ham and cheese sandwiches on sourdough bread with grated pecorino Romano cheese on the outside of the bread and they come out perfect. The quality is superior and equivalent to my much more expensive cookware.

Super dooper! Really non-stick. Even heating. Easy clean. Heavy duty and a little deeper than I was expecting. Great product.

As a semi pro cook, I always look for a good pan that is durable and easy to use, this frying pan is amazing because after the cooking whether it will be eggs or meat or anything else, all you need is a paper towel to clean it. Everything comes off easily. I highly recommend this pan to professionals or to just Home cooks.

I am in love with this pan!! Bought it to replace a nonstick pan that had started bubbling and peeling after one year (!). This one is a dream — heats evenly, nothing sticks, handle doesn’t get hot, and it is so, so easy to clean!

I rarely write reviews. I needed a new pan w/lid. Took a chance on this brand after reading other reviews. I was/am NOT disappointed! I rarely have to or want to use oil or butter to fry in. This pan is a great non-stick and can be wiped clean easily, although I do wash it. I have both a larger one and 10" one. Great price for good pans. I recommend them.

This is a great frying pan. With a little care, Very easy to clean and cooks great. I love the lid too.I purchased another one when it went on sale for a back up.The only drawback back it is not dish washer safe.I’m careful not to burn food and not abrasive utensils that could damage the coating.Hope with a little care the pan will last a long time. Past experiences with nonstick pans, after awhile they are not so non stick anymore.

This pan was a great improvement on a previous one that I bought that scratched within minutes of proper use. This skillet is so sturdy, good strong handle, with a quality finish and it cooks food nice and evenly on a lower heat than traditional frying pans. It's so easy to clean and I feel like the finish locks in the flavours more with no horrible smoking as with some other pans. Really pleased with this purchase and it also looks stylish in your kitchen.

There is nothing to dislike about these pans, the heat conduction is brilliant so can turn it down lower for nice even cooking. I like the lids always helpful fit tightly and allow to cook on an even lower heat again. I have several of these pans, my son used them while he was at home and loved them. Now he’s moved out I’m buying this large lidded pan for him as I know he will appreciate it.Also not too heavy, and a dream to clean.
