Is it legal in New Jersey to purchase in bulk? Also, is it legal to distribute this to local bars?

No, it is not illegal to purchase these items in bulk. However, these products are only intended for culinary purposes. These items do become illegal if they are used improperly such as for inhalation. We do not see why it would be appropriate to distribute these items to local bars unless they are being used for food preparation. Again, these should only be distributed to bars for food preparation. I hope this information helps!

On one of your answers you put no2 thats nitrogen dioxide n2o is for nitrous oxide

You are amazingly observant - thanks

Do you have to use a new cartridge for every batch of whipped cream? And where is the best place to store them?

Hi, yes you would need to use a new charger every time you make a fresh batch. Once the cartridge is punctured, all of the gas enters the dispenser. These are best stored in a room temperature environment, cupboard, etc.

Are these compatible with an isi soda charger?

No. These are NO2 chargers (Nitrous Oxide), used to put air into whipped cream using a whipped cream charger.Soda chargers (such as ISI) use CO2 instead of NO2 (because water will hold carbon dioxide if you shake it, but will not hold nitrous oxide).

Works as advertised. The box however is a little flimsy for this many units. I had to tape it up to avoid the chargers spilling all over the place every time you need to handle the box.

Work great!

The cartridges work well. It had been a long time since I had used the dispenser, more than 5 years, and couldn't quite remember how much cream to put in. Needless to say, we put in way too much cream, and had the dispenser spraying all over the kitchen. It was a memorable occassion:-)
