Review: Worked great. Warm it in the sun before using. Makes it easier to place - We used this to replace a windshield in our truck. It was easy to use and worked amazingly. It is super sticky and sealed perfectly. Not a single leak.
Review: Perfect for mounting a third brake light AND tires! - I bought this to mount and seal a high mount third brake light for a Toyota 86 and it worked perfectly. It came with 3m automotive tape which worked until the sun melted it. It also didn't have any seal to prevent light bleeding in the back window. This stuff works like industrial silly putty, very easy to apply but I'm not even sure I could remove it if I wanted to. Excellent product and I have tons left over for other projects. Very pleased. UPDATE 1-21-2019: Apparently you can also use this stuff to patch a tire in an emergency. I had driven to work and hit a nail without realizing it until I went outside to lunch and saw my tire was flat. Thankfully I still had this stuff in the trunk from my original project, so I cut off about two to three inches, flattened it out in my hand, and molded it over the hole after I took the nail out. Then I cut a piece of cloth roughly the same size, and then I applied it on top to keep it from sticking to the road too much. Then I backed the car over the patch, and filled the tire to spec with a portable air compressor I borrowed from a co-worker. It comes off after every drive but it keeps the air in the tire long enough to make it home or to a garage to get it replaced. It's not the best option or the intended use but it works in a pinch on punctured tires.

**Q: The picture shows 2 rolls and the description says 15 ft each are there 2 rolls equaling 30 ft?**
A: Thanks for you interest in American made Second Skin butyl products. The main default picture is the product picture which shows the actual product packaging and the single roll for this offer. The second picture is just a product display picture that shows rolls at different angles so you can better see the product thickness. We do sell the product in a 3 roll package on Amazon if you need multiple rolls.

**Q: Can i use this to adhere a poly vapor barrier to a concrete block foundation? also does it hold up over time? crawl space encapsulation project ...**
A: It does hold up over time in the temperature range of -40 to 200 degrees F. And it will adhere to poly vapor barriers and concrete. It will not harden over time; it will remain viscoelastic and adhered.

**Q: how is it?Does it work well?**
A: I like it. Multipurpose for sure. I used it to attach brake lights to my backhoe maybe 6 months ago. Still stuck on there. You will find other uses for it.

**Q: What is recommended cleaner to prep for installation**
A: We recommend cleaning all surfaces of debris and then wiping down with denatured alcohol before applying.
