Purchased this so I could bungee items to my passenger seat and not have to use saddlebags. The quality of the materials is excellent, but the backing material that touches the rear fender paint is very coarse. It would be better if some sort of softer material was used as a liner. I had a concern that with the constant vibration underneath, the possibility of rubbing and scratching the fender paint was pretty high. I ended up cutting a piece of moleskin to fit and sticking it on the back of the rough material. The rings work well for me to use bungee cords or a net to attach a bag, jacket, helmet, rain suit, etc. without having to add saddlebags to my bike. Happy with the purchase.

Bought these to use on my 2016 Victory Hammer S and after removing my seat and adjusting and positioning them i punched 3 holes for the seat bolts to go through (i just used a deck screw to start the hole and the seat bolts did the rest) they were in place. They work great to attach bungee cords or a cargo net to. The ONLY negative is that the metal the d-rings are made of rusts easily.

Nice product. I dont have a luggage rack for my bike yet. This allows me to mount a roll bag on the passenger's seat. Adjusts well. Rings are a lot bigger than I expected. My first willie and max product. Great quality. Also this well allow me to attach a second bag for trips once I get a luggage rack installed or use a cargo net for bulky items.

Couldn't be happier! Plenty of room to adjust width and angle. Nice large, solid D-rings for whatever the application. A reliable way to turn your pillion passenger seat into a luggage rack without having to clutter up the lines of your bike with a sissy bar and luggage rack. The Hooker (a great name for a bike product!) blends in with the lines of a bike fitted with saddle bags. It's invisible on my VTX 1800R with OEM leather saddle bags and Mustang seats. Best improvement you can make for under $20.

Fits perfectly on my triumph America!I bought a seat bag for an upcoming trip and it holds it nicely to the seat and doesnt detract from the look of the bike when nothing is mounted on it.I read a couple of people complained that it scratched the paint, so I simply put a piece of felt in between to protect my fender.
