Taste great and very effective!
This the only biotin product that I buy now. The tablets are small and easy to swallow. They're super convenient being sublingual. They dissolve easily and taste great. I initially bought it due to my increased hair loss. It works wonderfully by helping my hair and nails grow faster and stronger!
