They're sturdy and just soft enough to be a little pliable. Be advised: The horses are anatomically correct. I received four mares, six stallions, and two geldings. I bought them to give away at Halloween, so that was a bit awkward at first! 😳 😅 However, the moms and nannies in my acquaintance assured me it would just give the kids something to laugh about.

Good quality for the money. I glued them to a hat for a Kentucky Derby party, but I'm sure a kid would love these. They seem sturdy and well made. They would be great for a birthday cake or any arts and crafts project.
