I use this product to help increase my deep sleep. It has definitely helped. There is no noticeable flavour and no unpleasant odour. The capsules are quite large but I can still easily swallow the recommended dose of three at a time.

Like other reviews of supplements these were of a suitable grade for the price attractive packaging

Lovely packaging is the first thing you notice. Very professional appearance. Easy to swallow. Taste is fine. I’ve only just started with them so will post again soon.

It’s not so effective wondering if I should take 6 a day as was previously doing with another company who were not loyal in there orders

I had already used another brand and had no problems, this brand I had not seen before, but based on other feedback, I felt dizzy and nauseous and had to stop using it and I recovered after two weeks, I did it again I use it to be sure and I had the same problems again.

Been taking these for a month now, feel good and less tired
