Make sure you put the measuring tape over your stomach, not around your waist. That’s what I did and I ended up having to return it and purchasing one that was larger. Now that I have the correct size, I can use it.The quality is excellent and for back support it does wonders. I used it today on my skin all day for 10 hours no rash at all. Just buy it!! I've tried so many of these, and this one is a winner! Great quality materials, it's long enough to cover my entire torso, and I love how it reshapes my body! I ordered a medium. I'm 5' ,130 lbs, have had 4 babies (3 V & 1 C), and my youngest is 20 months. I have a mommy fupa. I wear a size medium and a 6 short in pants. The jeans in the photos are a size 4, and I normally don't wear them, because I look like a can of busted biscuits, but with the trainer, I feel confident wearing them. I am on the 3rd row now, and I can't wait until I need a size small!

So there's lots of pros and cons to this. Keep in mind I am 5' 4" and weight 125lbs. I purchase a size medium with the rods in it. Pros: 1. It works! As soon as you put it on, you'll feel the constriction shaping you. 2. I have back problems, which got worse after working from home and sitting down so much. I feel like this actually makes my back feel better too and because of the little rods in it, it forces me to sit uo straight. 3. As long as you start the hooks at the bottom and work your way up, it's not that hard to put on. Cons: 1. I feel like I have a long torso and this trainer still digs into me when I sit down. It digs under my boobs and ontop of my thighs. I think I would appreciate the shorter version. 2. According to the chart I should get a medium/large, but according to reviews I got a small. It is a little tight, but not bad. If I would have gotten a medium, I feel like i would need to buy another one in a week. 3. When I take it off it does leave the impressions on my skin for a good hour (I wear the brace about 6 hrs a day). Overall, I am impressed with it. UPDATE: I'm at the 3rd line now! At first I didnt think I was getting any smaller until I tried the next row of hooks and realized I could do it! I can see the shape without the trainer on!

After being 4 months postpartum I decided it was time to get my body back, this made the process easier as it was flexible and the material wasn't too hard on me .It fits like a glove around me.

As a long time waist training girly, this 25 steel bone is SUPERIOR! I'm a luxx curve veteran, I loved them before they went out of business. I was so afraid I wouldn't find any as good, BUT THIS IS IT! These have even more steel boning than luxx which is important for comfortability and longevity... I need this brand to go a size smaller! I haven't been waist training in a while I ordered an extra small and it's not going to be helping shrink my waist after a couple weeks I can tell I need smaller.

This waist trainer is very comfortable, but that may be because I got a size that’s kinda too big. I got the 25 steel boned trainer. I figured that more boning will prevent those weird buldges in time. I’ve had waist trainers with less boning snatch me up more, but it’s probably because it’s slightly too big. For reference I am 5’7 200pds. And I ordered a large. I was able to put it on the second row of hooks the first time trying it on with little effort and still don’t feel snatched enough. I may need to downsize really soon, as I could probably get this on the 4th row of hooks with only a bit of struggle. Also the boning length is not even. Some of the steel bones are shorter than others, I didn’t like that. Other than that this is an okay waist trainer and is durable. I think I just need a smaller size to really get that more exaggerated hourglass affect.

I have been buying this brand now for three years and every time I try to save cost and buy a different brand, I always regret it. I love it, the hold, the comfortability, the quality, all top notch.

I ordered a S, but they delivered a XS, which turned out great, because a S would have been too large. My waist is 26 inch (1.62 cm height/51 kg) and I use the second row of hooks, but I probably should use the 3rd. No matter how much weight I lose, I always have a pot belly. After wearing it for 9 hours, that’s completely gone. I notice that it’s trying to give me an hourglass figure, which is great because I’m completely straight. It’s really comfy to wear and flexible. I wore it the first day for 9 hours without a problem. Today (day 2), I wore it 13 hours. Good for your posture as well and makes you feel “secure” if that makes sense. I wanted to add a before and after pic, but I don’t have the option to upload pics. Definately worth the money!
