I'm 5-11 and when I lay on this I make a 90* angle with my legs with my body resting on the wheel in a comfortable horizontal position

This wheel works wonders. Helps me with spinal adjustment as well as working out sore knotted up muscles from my lower back all the way up between my shoulders. I'm 5-11 and when I lay on this I make a 90* angle with my legs with my body resting on the wheel in a comfortable horizontal position. Then I can arch and stretch certain sections as I roll the wheel up and down my back. In the beginning it's a little tricky to control it like you want, and laying on sore muscles hurts at first, but after using it a little bit you can use it to pinpoint problem areas. I look forward to rolling all over this thing at the end of each day.

I can not say enough about this wheel. I was doing my usual Pinterest scrolling one day and came across the wood one. Not wanting to bite the bullet for over 100 yet I looked on here to find this gem. Here is some back story... I have been an athlete my whole life, my fiance plays basketball overseas as well. The height difference is 4'11 and 6'10 and this wheel works wonders for us both. It is absolutely amazing. I can tell a huge difference if I skip days and haven't stretched. It relieves neck pain for me as well as back.It is incredibly well made and can hold up his giant frame. I can not give this enough stars!!!!!

    Best Yoga Wheel

*by C***N on Reviewed in the United States on June 15, 2016*

I really like the comfort of this wheel versus the hard pvc type. The yoga mat covering on those wheels is nowhere near as cushiony on the spine. The various hand grip positions are really helpful also, and I'm impressed with how sturdy the wheel is. I have the 15" and I am 5'8" tall. I feel this wheel is perfect for improving my backbends and is useful in many other postures as well. Very glad I chose the Body Wheel!
