I was so happy with these. They come rolled up but they are easy to roll out & tape up. Really good quality with a shine on the paper. Neon effect. Highly recommend.

Wrong colour
They are very thin and cheap. However I requested the text in green and it arrived in blue. Not happy. Won't buy again.
