Excellent price for very useful product. My wellness check showed I was severely low on Vitamin D. I recently had illness that kept me from my usual activities and I didn’t get out in the sun like I needed to. So instead of the high cost associated with a prescription my PCP recommend over the counter vitamin D. I made sure I got the D3 Bismin D. I only have to take it once a week. I just add it to my other medication schedule and no problems. I’ve only been taking it for a few weeks now and my repeat labs show my levels have nearly reached normal. It will be checked again in a few weeks so I need to keep taking g it. So glad I found this at a reasonable price price. I’ve had no side effects at all taking it. Plus I seem to have much more energy and I am able to think more clearly and overall feel better. I seem to sleep better. Its a small capsule so it’s easy to swallow. It’s been a very good addition to my medication schedule. So far the progress is excellent. So until my lab values return to normal I will continue with this unit I can get out in the sunshine.

It works good. My vitamin D levels were really down bad. I've taken this for 2 weeks now and I see improvement. My nails started growing faster. It's just one pill a week so it's easy to use, but I took it every 6 days instead since my levels are bad. There's no taste and the pill isn't all that big.
