Dekline Men's Mason Skate Shoe

I was very excited to get these shoes, as I have owned Dekline shoes in the past and they were amazing in terms of quality and comfort. I wanted to like these shoes, and I did... at first. Upon further inspection they appear to be lightly used. There was some kind of sticky stuff stuck to the suede on the back ankle of the left shoe. Some of the markings on the rubber of the shoe also are worn off in some parts. The front of the left shoe had some scuffing around the toe. The only thing about the shoe that I liked was the fit. They fit as expected and were actually quite comfortable. However, I plan on returning them due to the above stated problems.

Awesome shoe, looks great, durable....but the first few times they were worn, my son came home with the back of his lower ankle bleeding. Ouch! He has been wearing bandaids and thick socks to combat this problem. The way they are constructed, the seam is right down the center of the back of the shoe, and the material is heavy duty and thick. The seam is hard and thick right on the lower ankle. My hope is that it softens up and stops hurting or they will be sitting in the closet. Shame, they are the right fit and look.

I've been a fan of Dekline for almost two years now, with every pair of shoes of theirs fitting fantastic. I'd been stuck on their Daily and River styles, owning several of both, so I was pretty happy to find these Masons for the low-low price, and even happier to slip them on the first time to find they fit absolutely perfectly. Probably gonna buy another pair.edit: bought two more pair and they're amazing. my feet are a little wider than most and these are just right.

I had never bought a pair of Dekline shoes, but these were one of Amazon's deals of the day and the price was too good to not take a shot in the dark on.They look great and fit great. They match just about everything. I have had them for a while now and they still aren't showing any really signs of wear and tear. Just about everywhere I go now I wear these and I am always looking for more Dekline shoes.

Pros- Sharp Look- Price is outstandingCons- Tears your heels apart week 1- Color was warped quickly- Tears and splits already after 2 weeks.I go to Michigan State, a land grant university. Thus walking 40-60mins a day from class to class it a regular. These shoes do not fair well to college transit. I'll give a 1/5 because I also bought a 20$ pair of Quicksilver canvas skate shoes and they are lasting 2x as long. Disapointed in this purchase.

They look ok..laces come loose because of the type of laces..no soft sole you need to put your own.feel flat footed

Great looking shoes, very light, but still feels sturdy. Almost no padding on the bottom.

They sadly look nothing like they do in the picture. I suggest getting a different brand.
