This is great for materials like terracotta and unpolished stone, and it does a great job of keeping the natural look of the tile intact. Applying it is surprisingly easy since the liquid spreads evenly and doesn’t require the heavy-duty buffing that pastier waxes usually do. The finish is durable enough to handle high-traffic areas, and it adds a nice layer of resistance against everyday dirt and dust. It definitely makes the floor feel cleaner and more refreshed without making it slippery. If you’re looking for a professional-grade sealer that stays truly matte, this bottle goes a long way.

I'll start that this product works well and if you want your stone to look renewed, look no further. There's quite a few caveats though, so if you want to know more about it, read on. First, it's pretty easy to mix up. Just mix a bit of water and this product in a container and it'll be ready. I kind of wish they made THIS container a little bigger so I wouldn't have to find something else, but nonetheless, it's pretty easy to add 8oz of water to it. Second, it's also easy to apply. I used an old mop and slathered it on some very crusty looking indoor flagstone. It went on easy enough and didn't make it shiny, but waxy. It wasn't slippery and is pretty durable even after two weeks. I even tried some outdoors (the instructions are very clear not to do this) but that part looks fantastic and actually beads water. Perhaps they don't want it seeping into soil? Not sure why they don't recommend outdoor use. Third, and it's biggest downfall, it stinks. Other reviews says it fades after a few hours and they must be out of their minds because this thing stank for weeks. I went AWAY for 2 weeks and came back and still smelled it. It's not nice either, more like ... sharp. Finally after about a month it's faded for me to use the room (luckily it was freezing in the room so it wasn't a big deal). The value is high. I got more than enough for several applications in a 15x15 room. I'm very happy with the outcome but I probably wouldn't apply it if I wanted to use the room shortly after. I certainly wouldn't put this in my house (covered sunroom in my case). I give it a tentative recommendation in certain cases.

The FILA Surface Care Solutions MATT Matte Liquid Wax is really easy to use, and it works great. It goes on/adheres well, and doesn't take long to dry. This wax enhances, protects, and makes everything look like new. It's versatile, and durable too. Overall, I think it's well made, and high quality - worth the price. I'd definitely recommend it.

Nice suface wax. Used on my honed slate floor that has not been sealed in, say, 12 years. Evened out the surface sheen an looked really nice! Went on easily and quickly with my microfiber mop. Tolerable scent (I hate all products, basically, that are not fragrance-free so I'm not a good judge). You get a lot of product for your money as it is quite concentrated - repeat cleaning use a very diluted concentaration for upkeep. The quart would easily last me a year.

This surface sealer does a fine job on the several surfaces I have applied it. I have used it on bricks I have laid in my yard. It seals them and improves their surface look and feel. I have waxed my wooden floors just as easily, with a good look and feel. Finally, I have used it to seal some rough tile I have laid. Again, the look and feel are both improved. The range of surfaces I use it on is wide in texture and appearance.
