It’s fully installed but it’s not catching?** A: Use the adjustment screws Look on YouTube **Q: How do we get a rear replacement wheel...hub is out after less then a month. Pedals were replaced after a week, and chain after 2...** A: Bike shop **Q: Is this the bike?** A: Yes it is. **Q: Just unpackaged. Upper brake cable is broken at the splitter. How can I get a replacement cable?** A: If Amazon won’t honor a return/exchange, then I would go to your closest bicycle shop. They can more than likely replace that cable. Makes a great gift ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Cheaply made! *by S***7 on Reviewed in the United States on May 24, 2021* We did not like this bike! It was shiny and pretty on the outside. The first couple times my son rode it, the bearings and the breaks broke! The hardware seems cheap! For the price of it I am very dissatisfied. And now they are saying my window for returns are closed. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Great bike *by J***N on Reviewed in the United States on November 17, 2021* This waa easy to assemble.
