I just received my second bottle of Qualia Night. I do not take them every day…but I take them often and on the days that I do, my sleep is deeper and of better quality than without Qualia.

excellent for anxiety and more effective than any other ashwaganda projects. It’s more effective especially when you take daily, than antidepressants and anti anxiety’s. I find all their supplements excellent. They are expensive but you can tell over consistency, that you can feel the benefits.

Qualia's formulas are among the most expensive money can buy. But, if you actually take the time to read the ingredients, there is not enough of any one ingredient in here to be effective. Why 50 mg of Magnesium, when most magnesium supplements are 2000 mg per night. It's pure profit, and low qualia... I mean quality. Someone is laughing all the way to the bank on these formulas. Do yourself a favor. If you like this product, go buy the top 6 ingredients from another supplier and you will have 10X as much at 1/4 the cost.

When I take two of these along with two of "NIGHT", I get a good restful sleep.

Really works wonders. I've also had Senolytic before and that works amazing as well. I just wished the price was cheaper, but at least their products actually work well.

Only been taking a couple of nights but it seems to have a difference on the quality of sleep. Not so much tossing and turning. Feeling more well rested when I wake up.
