I measured my waist in the middle of the day, when I'm at my most bloated. I was at 36.5in so I got the XXL. The two largest hooks were a bit loose but the smallest fits just right. It is tight yet comfortable. I wear it for 8 hours a day, it gets uncomfortable at hour 7 but I can power through. I wash it 2-3 times a week and let it air dry overnight. It's dry and ready to use in the morning. It is a little bulky and is pretty noticeable. I'll likely switch to the breathable latex when I downsize since it does get a little hot sometimes. Overall it is comfortable, has helped a lot with back pain, and it has helped a lot with my posture even when I am not wearing it.

Excellent product, about to buy my next one because exactly a month later it's too big on me and now buckles/folds slightly at the top because my body doesn't hold it all the way stiff anymore, as compared to the day it arrived, when I struggled to get all the hooks on! It's honestly wonderful, I suspect that the super expensive ones are just these rebranded ;) it helps keep my lingering post-partum pooch in check and lift my breasts, BUT on the completely non-cosmetic side, it has the added benefit of helping my back pain (I don't know if it's due to posture correction or not, but I have scoliosis so it's a life saver for me). I've already recommended this to other friends who were shocked that there are waist trainers that don't cost an arm and a leg. It's a great thing to have in your wardrobe arsenal to boost your confidence, help smooth your figure, and correct your posture. however if you plan to wear it under something else, be prepared to add an extra layer as some women's fabrics are really thin and show the "boning" of the structure waist trainer structure, as well as sometimes displaying the colour contrast in my case as I got the "rose/black" (I'll be buying either nude or black next for that reason). Don't spend a million dollars elsewhere!!! :)

I'm 5'2 120 lbs and I bought the small. I can clasp it using the middle row. The bottom sits a little on my hips but it is not irritating and the top is maybe an inch away from my bra. I do not have any troubles breathing when using this. It is made of very good material, I was hesitant to buy this but I am glad I made this purchase. The one I had bought is pink. Doesn't feel cheap.

Favorite waist trainer of all time. I’ve bought 10 different waist trainer and I actually noticed a difference with these. My waist shrunk enough for me to buy a smaller size every two months. I recommend this waist trainer to everyone. Highly recommend.

I ordered a size XXL. My current weight is 224 lbs at 5ft 4 inches. The fit is perfect, initial fit is a little snug at first and may require assistance to buckle up. The second day becomes easier, probably due to the stretch. I was able to wear it for 2 hours + on the first day and will be increasing the wear time as the days go on. Goal is to be able to wear it for 8 hours + which seems highly attainable so far. It is also very easy to workout in and feel like my posture is correcting already! I definitely recommend this product!
