**Q: Is this a simple scale to understand on the app? as I’m not into complicated graphs, is it accurate with your weight?.**
A: Hey,
Yes, I found it very easy. Download the app, it automatically connects to scale(follow the instructions) and that's it! It shows everything very clearly and having it nearly a year now, I'm very happy!

**Q: Could i use this to weigh parcels?**
A: Yes I guess so... the metal plates are to measure your heat rate and body fat so. I don't see why you can't weigh almost anything on them however I don't know what weight it goes up to

**Q: I can't get it to 0 just keeps starting at 11**
A: Get a refund.

**Q: Can someone please advise me on how to connect to samsung health it shows apple, google and fitbit only**
A: If you can’t find the app in your android store then it’s not available, if it is available…,just download it…open it…register and then open it again…stand on the scales in bare feet…it will automatically connect to your phone!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product for the price and does what it says

Only had the product for about a week or so now but they seem very soild with a good app to read all the metrics and easy to setup. The scales are accurate when it comes to the weight, it's a little hard to understand how accurate they are for body fat percentage but it seems consistent with weight increase / decrease. Said my resting heart rate was low inside the app which is a bad thing, I thought this was good? Additionally it explains the metrics but it would be useful if it dived into more why things were bad and explain it more dependent on your results. Some of the descriptions of the metrics are pretty basic. Good quality that is good value for money and easy to setup, I would recommend. Built quality feels premium
