It covers everything including things you may not think of like shaving and bathing, and things you may not want to talk about like masterbation and homosexuality. I would say it is great for 3rd-6th grade depending on your child. I got it for my 11year old 5th grader and I have one that will read it next year when she is in third grade. It is very age appropriate...not too childish like some other books we have read but also not too grown up.
