This has been a Godsend! I have been suffering from horrible daily heartburn for months, especially after dinner. I have been using a number of different antacids but have wanted something natural to help, and preferably prevent the heartburn without having to keep using medicine. I drink about 2 oz of this with about 1-2 oz of grape juice about 15-20 minutes before eating and rarely have heartburn anymore. I've been using this for about 2 1/2 months now. I had read about aloe before buying this and getting rid of heartburn along with healing the stomach was one of the top benefits listed for aloe juice. Many people who don't seem to know about aloe often warn that it is a laxative. However, that is only if you are taking the whole leaf, which includes the latex part. This juice is just the inner leaf, so that is not a problem. I have read reviews talking about the taste and saying it is bad. To me, it has a lemony taste. It's not bad; I've drunk it by itself when I didn't have any grape juice. But it is not meant to be drunk by the glassful. When mixed with a little grape juice, you don't even notice it, and with the purple 100% grape juice, I also get the benefits of the red grape too. Aloe has many other benefits for your health too, including, as I said, healing the stomach lining. So, it is not only preventing heartburn, but it is also helping my body heal and no medicines with potentially nasty side effects!

Love this product. When i have upset stomach or acid reflex i take it and after 30 to 1 hour everything gets better.

Very good and healthy

The aloe vera juice is good. My husband and i use it for to strengthen our abodominal body functions. the drink is not that tasty but its improving our health.

My daughter (29) with cerebral palsy takes this 4 times a day mixed into her drinks. It helps her overall digestion. It keeps her stomach soothed. She has a tendency to throw up when she doesn't take it. It helps to keep her bowels moving, along with meds. She's been using aloe juice for 25 years now, and this brand for about 4. It does have a slight sour/bitter taste, but it's pretty much covered up by the mango juice and almond milk that I mix it with. She doesn't complain about it. The inner fillet is supposed to taste much better than the whole leaf. We've never tried the whole leaf.

Pretty good. But some orders are missing the little drinking cup. Dealer should evaluate the problem. Because it could matter for pricing difference.

Great product for stomach/intestinal issues. Eases symptoms dramatically. Also helps with UTI and bladder issues. Worth trying as a natural solution.

Strange taste compared to the aloe juice I usually get
