Box was missing the handle, customer service was very responsive and worked with me to get the missing part. Thank you! Took half a day for me and a friend to assemble. Everything new and of good quality. General usage, I'm really hoping it gets easier but I found it nearly impossible to crank the umbrella open very tight. The base is very heavy filled, you won't be able to move the umbrella around with the sun it also doesn't rotate, just one spot so you'll have to move your chairs with the shadow. If you're looking for full shade, good for 1 person. With two someone will be in partial sun. Look at the photo, the lounger is the only furniture in shade. Looks nice.

I love my new umbrella!! The offset bar is so much more attractive than a traditional middle bar! It easily slides up and down for different placement of the umbrella. Not only does it add beauty to your patio it is extremely sturdy and easy to move if needed. The base has two wheels on one side to tip and move if needed! It is definitely worth the price, which is very affordable. The only negative, which would only be if you had a very small space you were putting it, would be that the base is quite large so make sure you have room on your patio where you decide to place it. I have seen some reviews where they say it sways to much. Make sure when you crank it open the point of the umbrella goes directly into the round piece. You will understand when you see it opening, makes a big difference in the swaying of it! I would highly recommend if thinking about purchasing!!!!

We really like this umbrella. It is beautiful and appears to be durable. Time will tell about that. It was very easy to assemble. We looked at the video. Very easy to open and close and to adjust. I think it is safer to close the umbrella at night and secure it with the strap provided. We also close it if strong winds are predicted. It doesn't have bells and whistles but all we wanted was an umbrella that is easy to use and looks good and keeps the sun off our patio. We have to empty the water out of the base in winter, for sure, so instead of mixing sand and water in it we filled it completely with water. Then we purchased, from Amazon, cloth sandbags. They come as a two pack. The ones that are somewhat skinny and long lay across the front of this base and look just fine. They each hold 50 lbs of sand. The bags have two carrying straps on each. So easy to move when we put the umbrella away for the winter. Hopefully the cloth of the umbrella will withstand the sun and last for several years. Having wheels on the base appears to be useless. Too heavy to move it anyway. Be sure to place it where it will stay before filling the base. As others have said, the fact that the umbrella swings slightly and dips with even a little breeze takes some getting used to. So far I can't figure out any way to tether it so this stops. Hopefully someone will come up with a solution.

Love this umbrella. It is well made and has a very functional, yet graceful design. The arching offset post looks beautiful and adjusts easily. We looked at quite a few other umbrellas, and this one is easily one of the best looking. The umbrella fabric is heavy gauge and can be replaced if it becomes worn or faded. Like most all umbrellas, it should not be open during strong winds, used correctly this umbrella is strong and will last. I had a problem with the delivery, carton 1 of 2 had opened during shipment resulting in missing parts and damage to the umbrella post. I contacted the seller and they responded very quickly. They arranged to send a replacement right away and it arrived 4 days later! They were polite, professional, and responsive, turning what could have been a bad experience into a great experience. I owe them a big thank you.

We purchased this model in 2021 and it has been outstanding! The weight of the water tank is around 285 lbs and handles 25 mph winds without tipping over. Just remember to drain about half of the water from the tank in November before frost. Sometimes we cover it for the winter and sometimes we store it in the garage, still looks like it’s only a year old. It has exceeded our expectations and we wouldn’t buy anything else when the time comes. All we do is hose it off to remove bird poop and mud dauber nests.

Do not buy this umbrella. The handle mechanism unwinds on its own, causing the canopy to collapse without warning. This is not a minor inconvenience, it is a safety hazard. The umbrella is also unstable so a light breeze will shift the shade coverage. I contacted the seller over ten times. Their best offer was a 10% refund on a product that does not function. They refused to cover any costs associated with their defective product, despite it carrying a warranty. I paid $60 for professional assembly and $60 for sand to stabilize the base, as the product requires. When I tried to resolve this through Amazon, I was told to return the item, which would cost me another $120 to disassemble and dispose of the sand. So a defective product that cost me $120 to set up would cost me another $120 to return. Amazon closed the claim anyway. The seller is unresponsive, the product is unsafe, and there is no accountability anywhere in this process. I have video of the defect if anyone at Amazon ever wants to actually look at it. Save yourself the headache and buy from a brand that stands behind what they sell.

Stood up to strong thunderstorm winds. It wasn’t opened, but while several of our outdoor tables and umbrellas fell over, this stayed upright. When it’s opened it does a great job of keeping the sun off of us and it looks good. It didn’t take long to put together either. I’m very happy w this purchase.

Natürlich mit Hülle geschützt und im Winter reingeräumt, das Plastik des Standfusses nochmals mit einer Gummiauflage vor der Sonne geschützt, 100 kg trockenen Spielsand drin... Sieht noch aus wie neu, die Mechanik mit Seil und Arretierung ist alles noch straff wie am ersten Tag. Die Kippfunktion ist genial bei tiefer Sonne. In der Summe (und insbesondere für den Preis im Vgl. Zu Konkurrenzprodukten) ist das ein sehr lohnende Kauf gewesen.
