How easy it is to move around considering the base needs 265lb of dead weigh?

I filled the base with 300 lbs of sand and then with water to the top. It is heavy, we get strong winds here, but I can easily move it around on our paver patio with a bit of effort. I am 72 years old, so I'm not a young gym rat.

Does this umbrella have a 90 or more 360 degree rotation

The bolt that holds the umbrella broke after the third times using it. I emailed vendor customer service through Amazon they made it so hard to get a replacement part we ended up purchasing & putting in one ourselves. When breezy it's uncomfortable because the way rocks and our experience when it snapped and dropped on our guest. For the price you would hope for some custoner service. If I could send it back we would but they makethatimpossible. Would not by from this company again.

I tried using qr code on card for product guarantee - no dice. tried their website - no dice. how do i register this umbrella for guarantee?

A: The link to registering our warranty (from a QR code we got with the product) did not work. Our umbrella didn't even last 6 months and it completely broke. First the crank then the cord and without the cord the cannopy comes off the base. We have not been able to get response from anyone or get our money back.

Why the umbrella is not able to open and close with the auto crank?

You made the same mistake I did in buying this piece of junk made in China and not supported by the seller, for any parts or umbrella fabric. Send it back if you still can.
