They are 11 1/2 inches by 8 1/2 inches by 1 1/8 inches..

Can these be washed and used again?

Yes they can but they are a little of the flimsy side so they can’t be washed over and over again.

Would this fit a 15 pound turkey? thanks

In my estimation, no way could you do they turkey with them. Especially if safety is one of your concerns

Does the pan come with holes

It does not have holes, but it does have several little depressions in the grooves of the pan. Apparently, there isn’t any way to attach the photo I took.
