I NEVER leave reviews but this pile of excrement deserved my ire today. DO NOT -- I repeat -- DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. You are just wasting your money. Bad product that really doesn't work at all. But the real kicker is disassembling to clean it -- you basically are throwing away the product. DO NOT disassemble this product. If you do, you are wasting your money, because it is literally impossible to put back together. They have ONE youtube video that shows you how, but it is so lacking in detail and so obviously chopped up (with manufacturing tools used off-screen to make it seem like it's easy to do at home), it is functionally useless. A slap in the face that says "Ha ha, you wasted your money, good luck getting this thing working again." I absolutely despise the marketing and lying from this company over their complete crap product. The metal is high quality, but beyond that, it doesn't work, and when you try to fix the issues that crop up when trying to clean this, they lie and manipulate you into thinking it is fixable. It is NOT. Once it is disassembled, you have thrown your money away. Would be nice if they could warn us about that -- instead of pretending and lying that it's easy to re-assemble. Can I repeat in any other way how manipulative the marketing and customer service is? DO NOT waste your money on this product.

Ich hatte so meine Zweifel, aber das Ding funktioniert wesentlich besser als ich angenommen habe. Habe Ihn eigentlich nur gekauft weil mir die ganzen batteriebetriebenen Gadges auf den Geist gehen, die nach 1 Jahr aus den unterschiedlichsten Gründen kaputt gehen. Bei dem Ding kann nix kaputt gehen.....hinfallen lassen auf Fliesen wäre, glaub ich, die einzige natürliche Möglichkeit. Schneidet sehr sauber und und ist wirklich scharf. Ein bischen fummelig zu säubern, aber das Ding ist nun mal kleine Mechanik. Bin sehr zufrieden.
