Hi I bought a citizens eco drive watch model AW1780-09L blue face dial , that came with a black strap , it was ok at best , I swapped out the strap with Richie‘s saddle brown watch strap what a difference did it make the watch looks phenomenal. It really makes that blue dial pop. I love it very easy. It bended very well to around my wrist. It was a huge upgrade from the standard watch that I received from citizen.

Fits true to size. Leather was surprisingly soft. No need to break it in. Taking off my old bracelet was a pain requiring 2 purchases of a special tool after discovering the first one I got wasn't specialized enough. This new leather strap has a handy lever to take it on and off. So much nicer. Time will tell on the longevity and wearability but for now I am very pleased with the purchase.

I can't remember any time in my life that I've had a skin rash to anything but the first loop that is stitched near the buckle gave me a rash on my wrist. I wanted to maintain my step count so I put the watch on my other wrist in the same area of the watch band give my other wrist a rash. Looking at the band now it's where the black rolls over and touches skin, the brown areas of the band are fine they didn't cause any problems for me. The band was thoroughly washed and I attempted to break it in but I also shower with this all the time.

I love the feel and look of this watch strap - it's a little stiff when you get it, but a little coconut oil rubbed in makes it soft and nice to wear. Lugs hold strong on my watch too. 5/5
