Good Product

The taste is bad. Works ok, but will not reorder. 10 mg is sufficient for me. Been taking off and on for many years. No side effects with 10 mg.melatonin.

There's so many products that advertise sleep help but this is the only one I can count on every night and it doesn't give me nightmares which many products did. I add it to my benedryl because my allergies are so bad but without this with the one benedryl I can't sleep. It's a good product, it's effective,l small pill easy to swollow , good value for the money.

NO other melatonin formula works for me . This was recommended and now I subscribe and sleep like a BABY!

For 20 mg you would think that it would knock you out it doesn’t it doesn’t help you to peacefully get to sleep like it says! I have to take more than a couple to even feel it. I am actually switching back to my regular melatonin and they seem to work a lot better. I just thought about that burn milligrams. I wouldn’t have to take two of my other ones, but that is not the case I give these three stars. Now I know why they give you so many in the bottle. I was hoping less is more, but not in this case.

Taking theses for a while. Work good for me and always delivered as promised

Pros : Very fast acting. I have a very hard time falling asleep & was jetlagged severely after flying back from the EU to Singapore. This worked like a charm in terms of falling alseep. Cons : I did wake up after about 4-5 hours every night. But I just fall back asleep so not a super con but just something to keep in mind. Make sure you drink plenty of water the next day. Of course I do not intend to take this regularly - but it is godsend if you are jetlagged! Recommend this product :)
