YES!!!! Great quality and just what I was looking for at a great price! Soft and durable. Simple design. Comes with a little band to hold it together, so it's very easy to store or bring with you! I've only used it on carpet so far, but I've had no problems of it moving or being unstable! Seems like a good amount of padding too.

This yoga mat is amazing! Finally something long enough to comfortably fit my 5'9.5" frame. Even though it is on the thinner side, it provides great support for my knees and joints. The textured circular pattern on the foam is comfortable and doesn't leave any marks on your skin. Plus, it rolls up easily and includes a great carrying strap for travel!

It’s great, well padded. However, I’m not sure how grounded it would be for me if I weighed less than 150lbs…I think it would be a bit wobbly and not feel solid. The strap is nice, too!

I’m a Yoga teacher & have tried sooo many Yoga mats at various price points. Out of all my mats, Gaiam is by far my favorite! The colors are vibrant and some have fun designs. I think the thickness of this mat is ideal and I never slip on these mats.The downfall of this particular purchase is that the included strap was wrapped so tightly around the mat that it left deep lines in the mat. I doubt they are going to come out. I didn’t really care about the strap & didn’t plan to use it but it’s a bummer it left such deep lines on the mat. The mat will function fine but it doesn’t look as nice.

I have two of these, one I use for stretching and yoga, the other has become part of my work bench. Both have been fantastic at their jobs. Thick enough, enough give and softness without feeling everything on the ground, and the strap actually works in helping with portability. It hasn't broken/failed so far.My wooden workbench is protected (the mat has some serious scars from the past 6 months)The one I got for physical stuff has been working great for almost a year. Aside from yoga and stretching, it has also been used on camping trips to make part of the tent tolerable to crawl on

Definitely needs to be aired out for at least 24h after first unpacking & unrolling, as the fresh chemical smell is STRONG - will need to leave in a well ventilated room or outside!It's a good size, exactly as stated, which is perfect for my frame without feeling too big or small. It's not super bulky, but it's still thick enough to protect me from the hardwood floor I stretch on. Love the color! Carry strap is pretty cheap, it's just a fabric strap with a slider - if it's the difference between this item and a different one, honestly making your own strap could be better. But it feels nice and relaxing and I'm not worried about it rolling away! Love the mat, would get again if I needed a spare.

I am just getting into yoga and love this mat! I enjoyed the color options, the carry strap is great and it stays on- it doesn’t slide. The mat is supportive and has some grip. It is comfortable and has enough cushion!

Great yoga mat. Lasts a long time. Does not have the horrible synthetic chemical smell.

This GAIA Yoga mat has a great ‘grippy’ surface that does not become slippery. I started with a thicker foam mat and those thick ones are potentially a bit dangerous as they are slippery when doing Yoga moves. You could slip and hurt yourself with those cheaper thick foam ones.Gaia thin ones are one of the BEST you can get. You can use a cheaper one under it if you are outside on uneven ground. Always have the Gaia next to your skin.
