Good quality and value
Works well and has a reasonable price. There are many more expensive disk locks and other theft deterrents, but this one does what I need when visiting spots where I like to discourage would-be motorcycle thieves.

Second only to a helmet, the best motorcycle gear investment I've made! This lock recently kept my motorcycle from being stolen. I didn't know anything had happened until I saw the cutoff tool marking on the lock when I returned to my motorcycle after a quick trip into the grocery store. The alarm apparently scared off the thief so quickly that the lock was marked but not damaged. It still works perfectly! Kudos to Kryptonite.

It’s good but could be more sensitive
It’s a good lock. Feels sturdy and is somewhat compact for what it is. It’s not sensitive at all though. If someone tries to roll out or carry your bike or drops it, it will go off I’m almost certain. But if a drunk fool touches or sits on your bike then most probably it won’t go off. I guess this could be a plus or a minus depending what you are looking for, but for me personally, I’d rather have it a little more sensitive. I saw reviews complaining that it does not go off at all, I am suspecting they might not have activated it. When you lock it, it will either give a single beep, followed by another longer beep in a few seconds - that’s how you know that the alarm is active. If it beeps twice when you lock it then the alarm is not activated. I also wish it was a little bit louder, it’s not quiet but I think it could be louder.
