UPDATE: THIS Is How You Handle a Customer Service Problem! ❤️🌱 UPDATE TO MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: I have to come back and give ExHale—and especially Glenn and Wendy, the owners of Garden City Fungi—a HUGE shout-out for how they handled this. After my original bag arrived moldy and my replacement arrived with an apparent insect infestation, I decided to stop emailing and actually call the company. I'm SO glad I did. I got Glenn on the phone, and instead of making excuses or giving me the runaround, he immediately started working through the problem with me. He went over the dates and information on my bags so they could figure out where they came from, which third-party seller they went through, and what had happened. We were able to determine that the affected bags had been sitting in Amazon's inventory for quite a while. And here's the part I REALLY appreciate: they aren't just replacing my bags and calling it a day. Glenn is sending someone to inspect the ExHale stock at Amazon so they can make sure other customers don't receive bags with the same issue. THAT is customer service. 👏 They also sent me two replacement bags via UPS, and the whole thing was handled without making me feel like I was a nuisance for bringing the problem to their attention. I know they were short-staffed, and honestly, stuff happens. I can understand that. What matters to me is what a company does once they're aware there's a problem—and once I actually got someone on the phone, they jumped on it. So I want to be very clear: I do NOT want my original review to deter anyone from trying ExHale. I genuinely love this product and have always loved what it does for my plants. 🌱❤️ My recommendation after this experience? Buy directly from Garden City Fungi/ExHale whenever possible rather than going through a third-party seller. And if you do have an issue, call them. Based on my experience, Glenn and Wendy genuinely care about their customers and their product. Glenn and Wendy—thank you for actually listening, investigating what happened, fixing my problem, and most importantly, taking steps to make sure it doesn't happen to someone else. That's the part that means the most to me. ❤️ I went from “What the hell is happening with these bags?!” 😂 to “Okay, THIS is how you make it right.”

Arrived as it should have, not inoculated because that's the one I purchased. Very easy to hang, and seems pretty solid. A lot of these negative reviews are from people that do not understand what they ordered. Unless you specifically order the one that says "self activated", then you will receive one that has already been activated. For the ones claiming they received a bad one because it has white "mold" growing inside, uh that's the stuff that actually produces the co2. It's called mycelium. This is an excellent way of adding some co2. It's effective if used correctly. If not used correctly, or if your environment or plant health is trash to begin with, then this will not work for you at no fault of the product. I have reordered another one, and will continue to order these, as they are a way cheaper and much safer way to obtain a co2 boost for your plants environment.

It's been 10 days since installation. No increase in CO2 at all. Update So after 1 month it brings co2 up 200. So it does work

I don’t know the specs on the actual CO2 added but my plants look good. It took around 3-4 weeks to fully activate but that was expected. It worked exactly as it should.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME PLEASE Love the exhale brand but whoever this is doesn’t seal them correctly so the product is already activated… be careful but they should send a better replacement I got another shipped and spores seem activated again so they won’t reactive if all clumped together… I could get a full refund but they will charge a fee since I tried to use the bag and see if spores being clumped would stop anything. Waste of time

It’s working don’t have a co2 tester so not sure how much it’s putting out but it’s definitely putting out plants are happy

Bonjour sur les deux exhale bag il n’y en a qu’un sur les deux qui c’est activé, il n’ai pas devenue blanc comme l’autre depuis que je l’ai acheter il n’a pas changé de couleur et il ne dégage presque pas de CO2 contrairement à l’autre qui produit la quantité normale de co2 vue le prix je suis dégoûtée la prochaine fois je les achèterai sur un autre site car sa fait environ 60 euros j’étais par la fenêtre. Bref je suis dégoûté .

Took around a month to fully activate, its pumping along now. Impressed.

Would definitely recommend these mine’s only been in there for less than a month and it’s incredible. The difference it made I’ve done three small girls without these and wow can you see the difference?
