It's organic and non-GMO. It taste great. I used it in my pancake recipe. The texture is fine. It's low carb and doesn't spike your blood sugar. Product of USA.

There is a difference in all the brands of Almond Flour. I make a cookie that tastes and cooks better with Anthony's. I will always from now on buy this one.

This is by far the best almond flour that I have found. On top of how great it is, this flower is also organic which is nearly impossible to find in stores. I have been gluten-free for over 10 years due to a developed allergy and trying to cook with gluten free flour is always a bit difficult. Almond flour has such a different texture and is usually incredibly dense. This almond flour is far closer to the texture that I look for and it always arrives fresh. It is ground incredibly fine which makes it wonderful for baking. It is a little pricey, given that it comes in a smaller bag and how quickly you are likely to go through it. Overall, though I have found that it is worth the money that you pay.

It tastes good. For my potassium, I take 1 tablespoon heaped full daily with water to swallow it. You can also use it as condiment in Indian cooking, also baking and with coffee with milk. I store it in the fridge after opening to prevent its natural oil from being rancid.
