I ordered this item as a graduation present and I have nothing but raving things to say about it. The quality was absolutely perfect. The text and image looked exactly as it appeared in the preview. The crystal is thick and has real weight to it. That said, I can assure you that it isn't cheap glass. Lastly, it wasn't supposed to arrive until the following weekend. It actually came much sooner than I anticipated! Great item, amazing business, and I highly recommend their services.

I was a little Skeptical at first because most companies on here don’t make authentic awards and don’t put time into it. But this, this blew me away. I can’t believe I almost returned it due to it not arriving on time but the company helped me out and sent it out sooner than expected. It’s so beautiful and meaningful. With this quality you’d expect it to cost a lot more.

It was easy to select the font, arraignment of lines needed, and uploading the logo. Then, getting to preview the way the inscriptions would look on the award. I felt that if it looked as good as the preview, I would be pleased. When it arrived, it looked even better. I showed the committee the crystal award and they loved. Can’t wait for the surprise presentation.

Adding the text lines via the order process was a bit challenging, but the team did a great job with my instructions and placed the correct text and logo as stated. Great job!

Excellent communication with the seller. They email you and confirm with you before printing. They arrived in a week. They came in packaged with bubble wrap and the cheeto puff styrofoams. They have an excellent weight to them. I recommend 10/10. Thank you very much for these awards <3
