This kit had everything, fit well, better than OEM with two sides at less than half of cost of OEM assembly.

I can’t believe we spent years putting up with the broken pieces on the top rack of our dishwasher before ordering these replacements. These should be mandatory for anyone with a whirlpool dishwasher. So much sturdier than the original parts. Easy to put together with the help of a YouTube video.

Easy replacement, worked well. Would recommend, and came with a clean/dirty magnet which was nice.

The top rack of our whirlpool dishwasher started falling off one side. When I looked at it, I noticed that the plastic internal part of the side bracket had broken parts, and the wheel would just slip out of it. I didn’t realize it at the time, but the other side also had a damaged wheel bracket. This kit had two side brackets as well as four small brackets for attaching it to the wire rack. It also has two end caps for the roller tracks. Tools are used for this included, a flathead screwdriver, and a pair of channel lock pliers. There are certain parts that you can wedge your screwdriver in slightly to pop them off. You will need to save the large bracket adjustment box from each side. Also, I’d recommend you only do one side at a time so you can see how the other side is connected. One problem I had is that the end cap for the two roller tracks don’t fit quite right in this kit. If you look at my fourth photo, you will see that these aftermarket caps have a smaller gap where you need to snap it onto the end, and it just doesn’t fit. So when you are removing the factory end cap, do it very carefully so that you can reuse them Overall, I would guess it took me about 20 minutes to get these changed out or maybe up to 30 as I was looking at it and taking pictures at the beginning to get ideas One problem is that there are zero instructions in the kit. There is no QR code or any other information, but I was able to look at what was there and then replace one side at a time so I had something for reference The material feels sturdy and very similar to the factory pieces I removed and this way it ends up saving 2/3 off the price of whirlpool OEM parts

Fixed my top rack having broken off the rails. Super easy to do. So pumped I didn’t let the repair dude I had check it out charge me $450 to fix it and just paid the price for this.

I got this kit to replace my top rack slider hardware whice simply fell apart as I added dishes one evening. The new part quality seems just a good, if not better than the OEM part which has plastic retainers on the slider wheels. The upgraded part has a metal screw retaining the slider wheel. Assembly was straightforward, I did watch a YouTube video beforehand. I like that the kit comes with extra clips in case you break one swapping out the slider assembly. Thankfully I did not need them. Total time took me about 30 minutes from start to finish to do both sides. The longest time was spent remembering how the shelf slider retaining clips went back on after I slid the repaired shelf back in.... If there are any issues with the new hardware I will edit my review, as of now, it's a 5 star.
