Not quality tea
This is not the same tea from before. The quality went way down. The picture shows the old tea on the left and this new version on the right. The ginger taste is harly there. Please bring back the quality. I have been buying these for a year and this is the first time for the bad experience but I'm very disappointed.

No taste!
I have been drinking Ginger Tea instead of coffee and thought I would try this brand. Very disappointed, the tea is weak, I will have to try it with two tea bags for one cup. Such a waste. I will not purchase this brand again.

Peppery Goodness
This is very good natural tea if you like ginger. I'm drinking some now after dinner. I like to leave two tea bags in my 12 oz. thermo cup to allow it to get a bit stronger toward the peppery warm finish. I use filtered water near boiling and at my 8000 ft. elevation that's about 185 deg.F. I pass on the sugar, but my wife wants a slight sweetness from honey or pure maple syrup. This ginger tea is my evening coffee substitute and I believe it aids my gut too.

As good as having fresh ginger on hand
Delivered promptly (within 3 days in my case) and exactly as described. The tea itself is very good. I currently have fresh ginger at home and I prefer the tea as it's the same taste and effect with a lot less work. The strength of the tea will depend on the water temperature and how much water you use. I followed the instructions and I found it to be a pleasant, ginger taste with just a hint of a bite. Will be purchasing again for sure.

This tea is hit and miss. Bought it maybe 5 times. Couple of them it was really good, other times it's so weak that it's like drinking just hot water. Last time I bought it was one of those times. Small cup, brewing 1 bag, no flavor whatsoever. I am done trying with this brand, hoping that I'll get a "good" batch this time around.

Weak in flavor, stale in freshness
Shockingly flavorless. When I added multiple bags just to actually taste it, the flavor that emerged tasted off and a little stale. Returns aren't allowed for this item, so purchase at your own risk.
