Review: Cost effective and does work be carefull - Be careful it's not meant to replace the doctor just a heck of alot cheaper but if it's real bad - see your doctor. I'm in the beginners stage of use but so far it seems to be doing what I needed, clearing the full head for from my sinuses and The smell is a nice kind of like lilac and not strong that it leaves you out of breath, does offer relief after fist use for me was about 20-25 minute's but everyone is different, I haven't noticed any side effects but then I can't walk anymore so be cautious when standing, after taste not really anything I could tell even after a few deep breates or any use, as far as pain relief it does get rid of some of the sinus pressure above the eyes and forehead.👍🏼👍🏼

Be careful it's not meant to replace the doctor just a heck of alot cheaper but if it's real bad - see your doctor.
