I have used before as instructions by my doctor. Helps me during hay fever and allergy season. Works fast and well. Keeps my sinus open. Relief so I can sleep.

Be careful it's not meant to replace the doctor just a heck of alot cheaper but if it's real bad - see your doctor. I'm in the beginners stage of use but so far it seems to be doing what I needed, clearing the full head for from my sinuses and The smell is a nice kind of like lilac and not strong that it leaves you out of breath, does offer relief after fist use for me was about 20-25 minute's but everyone is different, I haven't noticed any side effects but then I can't walk anymore so be cautious when standing, after taste not really anything I could tell even after a few deep breates or any use, as far as pain relief it does get rid of some of the sinus pressure above the eyes and forehead.👍🏼👍🏼

I have had seasonal allergies since I was little. When the oak trees bloom, the sneezing gets so bad it can be debilitating. A doctor told me about Flonase and it has changed my life! Just like he suggested, I start taking it when I can feel my allergies starting. When allergy season it particularly bad, I pair this with Zyrtec (my doctor's advice). READ THE DIRECTIONS FOR USE! I'm following my doctors advice, but if you are not, you need to follow the instructions for use. Between sneezing seasons, the pump will need to be re-primed. Just like the first time you use it, you need to spray it into the air a few times until a fine mist appears. This use to be prescription only, now it's OTC, thank goodness! Finally, I can move through the day without sneezing my head off or being sleepy!

This stuff seems to work better for me that the little pills you can take daily. While the pills seemed effective at the beginning of the season, their effectiveness seems to wane over time. I spray this product into my nostrils before going to lie down in bed at night. It seems to hold pollen reaction at bay for the whole of the next day, and has done so for months without fading. My only negative is that my nose is now dry and more prone to bleeding slightly.

If you have allergies, this is for you. Works extremly well. One issues I have, I used to get this by subscription years ago. The sprat worked extremly well. The ones sold over the counter don't always work correctly. By that I mean, one bottle mat work well, spraying really well. Other bottles, won't! The last 2 bottles I bought didn't work well at all! You end up wasting half the bottle trying to get it to spray correctly. By that, I mean you need to prime the.pump sometimes to have it spray the mist fine. But these dribble it out and you end up sniffing it into your nose. Doesn't work quite as well.
