12lb Vest is a Champion!
I bought the 12-pound version of this weighted vest and it’s honestly been a good purchase for me. The fit is adjustable with the straps, so you can tighten it up and make it sit snug while you’re moving around instead of shifting all over the place. I mainly use it on the treadmill after dinner to burn off a few extra calories and it’s comfortable enough where I don’t mind wearing it every day. One thing I liked is that it’s not overly bulky. Some weighted vests feel awkward and huge on your body, but this one really doesn’t bother me much while I’m walking or exercising. It also feels durable. I’ve used it basically every single day for the last few months and it’s held up just fine. It’s versatile too. You can use it on the treadmill like I do, walking outside, or even while lifting weights if you want some extra resistance during your workout. Another thing worth mentioning is odor. Sometimes cheaper workout products have that really strong chemical or plastic smell when you open them. This one surprisingly did not have that issue at all, which I appreciated. Overall, I think it’s a really good value for the money considering how much use I’ve gotten out of it. Just make sure you think about how much weight you realistically want to carry around during workouts because everybody’s tolerance is different depending on the vest size they buy.

A quality vest for a good price
I like it! It is comfortable on my back and the cushions that you add for the shoulders make it even better. The phone case and car key attachment was a nice bonus. So far, I have only worn this on the treadmill, but when I go outside, I am excited at the prospect of attaching my phone to the vest and not my arm. Overall a good buy!

An Easy Way to Add More Intensity to My Walks
I like using a weighted vest when I want to make a regular walk or workout feel a little more challenging without completely changing my routine. The added weight makes simple movements feel more intense while still leaving my hands free. The vest comes in several weight options, which is helpful because not everyone needs the same amount of resistance. I prefer starting lighter and focusing on getting comfortable with the added weight before using it for longer walks or more challenging workouts. The fit feels secure enough for walking, strength training, and bodyweight exercises without having to constantly readjust it. I also like that the weight is distributed across my upper body instead of having to carry dumbbells while moving. The reflective stripe is a nice detail for outdoor walks or jogs, especially when I am exercising earlier in the morning or later in the evening. I would still use additional reflective gear when visibility is important. It is also surprisingly versatile. I can wear it for squats, lunges, stair workouts, walking, or other bodyweight exercises when I want to add resistance without setting up a lot of equipment. This has been a simple way to switch up my workouts and make familiar exercises more challenging. With so many weight options available, I would just make sure to choose a weight that matches your current fitness level rather than automatically going for the heaviest option.

Nice vest!
I've just started using my vest; it's only been a week so far. I love that it comes with the detachable holder. It's very convenient for my phone. At first glance, it didn't look like my phone would fit, but it actually fit pretty nicely. I have a Samsung S22 Ultra. My husband has an Apple 16 Max Pro, and his also fits. We both have cases of different sizes, still no problem. I bought two different weights: the 12 and the 16 lb. I didn't realize how heavy that actually would be. They are sturdy and seem to be evenly distributed in weight. I've never worn a weighted vest before, so I didn't know what to expect. I was able to do my usual three-plus miles, but it was a major challenge, lol! I didn't even attempt to run. I only walk with it on. My husband and I are two different body weights and heights, with him being 6'3", probably 300 lbs, and myself 5'6", 190 lbs with DD breasts. The straps went across both our body types easily. I would buy again. I would start off with a lower weight, like the 6 lb, if a beginner. I'm pushing myself at 12. I may get the 6 now that I know better. It's too soon to see any difference or improvement in my body.

This vest will LAST!!
I've had this vest (16lb) for 3 years and it's a staple for my workouts! It's comfortable to walk in, run in, great when you want to add some resistance to your body weight workouts. The adjustable straps helps with stability and fit during workouts. Like I've said, I've had this for 3 years and it's still as durable as it was when I first bought it.

So glad I got this weighted vest
Fits perfectly, love the comfort, weight perfectly and I love adding this weight vest to my workout. It does not smell or have any odor. The strap length I love because it fits the way you want it. Oh the shoulder pads are a plus so as the arm band for my iPhone or iPod.

16 lb Weighted Vest to Begin
16 lbs is truly a good starting point. I am a 56yr female: 5’7” and 160 lbs. Although after a few months, I may bump it up to a heftier weight. My Dr wanted me to wear it around the house while doing chores (let’s add in I maintain my pool and mow (not a ride-on) 1/3 acre and do all the yard maintenance, along with cleaning the house. I don’t hire people. Either way: lots of squatting, easy to get 9,000 steps of daily walking while wearing it. I just had a full physical with a bmi measurement. I’m in the process of losing weight. This has helped me build more muscle than fat. This is a bonus of wearing a weighted vest while walking, doing chores, climbing stairs, etc. I would never wear while driving. Ha! Some people. I did not notice any chemical smell from the vest even from day 1. 16-lbs is relatively easy for me to get on although that was a hefty box initially at the front door. I believe the vest weight is evenly distributed front to back. If I had to complain, I wish the straps were 1+ more or perhaps 1 smaller strap in addition to the other straps. I have the straps cinched all the way for a better fit for me and yet it feels a bit big. Some might say, it should fit the way it does and yet it does not slip around. It’s comfortable enough to wear while getting chores done, therefore if you are walking 2-4 miles, it should be comfortable enough. My firefighter wears a 60lb vest to walk to the gym or walk 5 miles to add further perspective. I will most likely bump the weight up to a 25lb next. If you are just starting out, buy the 16 lbs. I know it will feel heavy at first, but that will quickly be nothing.

Perfect for walks and incline treadmill sessions
I bought this mainly for walking and treadmill incline workouts, and it’s become part of my routine really quickly. The weight feels evenly distributed so it doesn’t bounce around too much when moving, and once adjusted properly it feels secure rather than awkward. The build quality impressed me straight away. The material feels durable, stitching looks solid, and the straps are easy to tighten without constantly needing readjustment. It also looks much less bulky than some weighted vests I’ve seen. I noticed it adds intensity without needing to run faster, especially on incline walks. My heart rate climbs quicker and I feel my legs and core working harder, but it still feels manageable. Good option if you want to make walks more challenging without high impact exercise. Comfort-wise, it’s surprisingly wearable for longer sessions. There’s some pressure on the shoulders after a while, but nothing unbearable, and it doesn’t rub badly under the arms like cheaper fitness gear sometimes does. A couple of things to note: it definitely gets warm during workouts, and I’d recommend starting lighter than you think you need because the extra load adds up quickly. Overall, really happy with it. Feels sturdy, comfortable enough for regular use, and makes cardio noticeably more effective.

10/10
If you’re considering getting a weighted vest i 100% recommend this brand.. It came with a pouch for my phone + headphones and two patches for shoulders ( I won’t be using the shoulder patches because the best is already very comfortable in my honest opinion ) It fits really well and I love that it’s adjustable so it can fit comfortably, honestly overall it’s just a really well made vest 10/10. When I upgrade from the 16lbs weighted vest im definitely coming back to buy from PACEARTH.
