Does anyone know what the shelf life is for these bars? I would love to get them for work or camping as backup meal but not if they go bad quickly.

Hey Joe, They have been tested up to 6 months and are always shipped fresh. If you are wanting to keep them for closer to a year, freezing them is always an option as well.

I am lactose intolerant but was hoping to buy the variety pack for the jmt. how much milk or milk solids are in these?

The Dark Chocolate flavor has a smidge of milk in the chocolate chips. The other two flavors are dairy-free. Hope this helps!
