Delicious
I feel in love with Eel sauce at a local sushi place. When I saw this on Amazon I was skeptical it would be as good as .... but it's delicious! Can taste the soy sauce a bit more in this brand, which was a plus for me.

Good sauce
I bought this to drizzle on top of a sushi bake, and it has worked as expected. I don't think it tastes exactly like what they use at our local sushi restaurant, so I am interested in trying other brands, but I think it's good enough! Although the bottle has a large spout as opposed to a thin opening, because it's somewhat thick, I was still able to pour it as a nice thin drizzle directly from the bottle. The price seems fair for the size.

What can I say? This is delicious. I cannot partake in the gluten fun with my friends, so this gluten-free topper for my sushi, rice bowls, and even on gluten free fried chicken is a welcome addition to make things flavorful and fun. I love that it is sweet and it lasts a long time. The Subscribe and Save price is also really nice. I think it has great value for the money because of how long this one container can last you. It doesn't "taste" gluten-free, but it is! My husband, who can eat all the gluten his heart desires also loves these and has no complaints. I highly recommend this sauce!

I love this sauce! Like eel sauce. Also, similar to teriyaki. It is on the sweet side.

An excellent sauce for almost anything
It's a thick sauce that is similar to what my Japanese restaurant uses on Unagi. I use it on lots of different foods to add a little sweetness. I get meals from a service and when I don't like the included sauce, I use this and it tastes great.
