Take Deap Breaths

Ok so I could 'simply' measure out salt and bicarb, either daily or make up a jar full. However, first thing I like things simple. Boil porridge and kettle. Tea bag in cup, empty sachet into squirty bottle, Water in mug and bottle. Leave porridge to thicken & water to cool while I exercise. Use squirty while I reheat porridge. Eat porridge while breathing through nose.
