This book was inspiring and really resonated with me. It is a great step for anyone who is on the journey of learning to love themselves and getting to the root of their issues.

This book really hit home for me. The timing for me is matching things I’m currently going thru. Very positive & upbeat!!

I read this book straight through from page 1 to the very end. It was like a healing balm to my soul. I have read hundreds of books about abusive relationships and how to recover but none of them opened up my eyes and the scales fell off and the light of the truth shine brightly on me while reading this book the sadness and despair that I have been feeling for so very long began to fade away and I felt hope rising, joy and confidence rising and helplessness being broken away from me. 22 years in a abusive marriage. This book and it’s short pages have given so much clarity, truth and encouragement. I am a Christian and have prayed often for my spouse and my marriage, my faith begin to slip away but I have been holding on and I know that God is with me. I read some reviews people were upset that this is a faith based book or as they call it religious and I understand why people would think that and be upset about it because I would have also way back in the day before I was saved. For anyone that is not a Christian or does not believe in God I still really hope that the reviews about this being a let down because of it being faith based does not deter you from reading this book I really believe it will tremendously help you regardless. Again, thank you for this book, thank you to God Almighty!

Very good quick read. I bought this as one of the four books for my 75 hard journey. I did also like that the author included some of the events in her life that helped her realize that she needed to put herself first and become a better woman. The only thing that could be slightly off putting for readers is how much God is brought up.

I absolutely loved this book! It really opens your eyes and makes you think. I’ll definitely be taking notes in my journal on this book.
