We’ve had five of these in our household for about 10 months now, and honestly, it’s been a huge quality-of-life upgrade. Once you get used to it, it’s hard to go back to anything else. Build quality is excellent—materials feel premium, and everything from the seat to the controls is solid and well thought out. The stainless steel nozzle is a big plus compared to a lot of other brands, and it performs consistently well with good pressure, temperature control, and reliable functionality. Features like the heated seat, warm air dryer, adjustable wash settings, and night light make daily use very comfortable and convenient. Installation was straightforward, and the remote is intuitive and easy to use. We did have a minor issue with the LED lights on one unit, but customer service was outstanding. They handled the warranty process smoothly and took care of us without any hassle, which says a lot about the company. Overall, this is an excellent product and a great value. In our experience, it competes with—or even outperforms—higher-priced options like Toto, especially considering the stainless steel spout and feature set at this price point. No complaints from us. Would definitely buy again.

I bought this one as a replacement for a high end competing product that only lasted 2 years. After much research, I decided on the VOVO VB-6000SE and couldn’t be happier with my choice. It has everything needed for it to be a quick and easy product for you to install (if you are so inclined). Superior profile design and remote design at a price that delivers better bang for the buck than higher priced competing products. Highly recommended.

My first bidet... I've been reading the reviews and I'd like to clarify. This seat is perfect... I've had it over a year. My husband installed it very quickly. I live in Texas and don't use the heated seat... it's never cold enough here and it kinda grosses me out to sit on a warm seat (like someone just got up). So I'm good on that. But it has 3 seat warming settings and I have tried it out a few times. Very nice for cold climates I guess. I don't use the drier either cuz I don't have time for all that. I use a small amount of toilet paper to dry front AND back. It's always spotless clean. If water gets anywhere else (which is rare) I use a rag to dry my butt cheeks. I have a few clean/dry washcloths that sit on the back of my toilet... they're perfect for that. Now the drier does work, but no matter how hard it blows, it's still gonna take time... and I'm not a sit on the toilet and read or be on my phone kinda girl. I wanna do my biz and get up. As for the nozzle sprayer... depending on who you are, it will need to be in a totally different position. I keep mine on the second setting and my husband has his on the highest, at 5. We laugh cuz of that. But I also use the feminine spray. It's a bullseye on the booty and I just lean forward a little for the front. PERFECT. It's also stronger than the turbo setting, cuz you can turn the water pressure all the way up. For all the people who said they had issues, not one of them said they called customer service... from which EVERYONE says is amazing. So I'm thinking all could be resolved if customer service was involved. So kudos to them... of which I've never had to use since having my bidet. It is also very comfy, quiet and does all it says it'll do. And the toilet seat will fit any toilet if you buy the correct one. Round for round bowls and elongated for elongated bowls. Problem solved. I'm hoping this will clear up some of the bad reviews cuz none of those make any sense to me. Thx for the best bidet Vovo!!!! PS. I've had NO leakage problems, no stop working, no problems with the remote... NO PROBLEMS AT ALL!!! I highly recommend this product. I would only ask that on making the next Vovo to please include multiple user settings and a remote that lights up at night. Thank you

I never thought I would ever spend this amount of money on a toilet seat let alone two toilet seats. Yet this is my second purchase of a Vovo VB-6000SE bidet and I have no regrets. This investment will improve the quality of your life and you'll wonder how you've lived without it. The unit is well made and delivers as advertised, in every way. Installation was completed in just 10 minutes (electrical outlet already in place). I used a Phillips head screwdriver to remove the existing toilet seat. A convenient template is provided to properly align a bracket to secure the body of the bidet to your toilet. Water connections are quick and simple. Batteries for the remote control and mounting screws/anchor pins are included although, the remote also has a strip of strong adhesive for mounting to other surfaces. Vovo included a QR code for you to promptly register your new purchase. Temperature of the seat, water stream and dryer are all adjustable...perfect for changing from winter and summer months. The direction of the water stream is also adjustable. The bowl light is a feature I didn't know I needed or would like so much. Highly recommend.

Update 3: After having to take it apart again to fix the seat heater wire(plugged it into wrong place), I investigated what could possbly be the issue. I thought the nozzle came out fo teh steel tube inside, however, that tube is the actual nozzle. realizing that, common sense said the wiring for the nozzle needed to me run properly so that it can move freely with the nozzle. All problems fixed. I emailed Vovo the same and told them to put that somehwre in BOLD in their instructions. Changing review up to 4 star. Sucks it broke so soon, but customer service is great! Update 2: They sent me a new nozzle, that didnt fix it(and I don't think most people would be comfortable changing these parts). Then they sent me a new control board. Neither new part fixed my issue and not sure what the are going to do next as I just don't know what other part they could ask me to replace to try and fix the issue. I imaging for germ reasons they haven't asked me to send it back for maintenance. They need to replace or refund at this point. I almost want to give them another star just for sending me the brand new parts to try. I will raise it once the issue is resolved. Update 1: Well, 8 months on and the nozzel stopped being able ot move. I reached out to Vovo so depending on their customer service I will adjust this back up to a 5 star. As of now it deserves the 1 star as it broke in 8 months. Original: I read so many reviews of so many different bidets! I'm very happy I decided to go with this one. Installation was a breeze and absolutely no issues so far!

I purchased this bidet seat after my husband had a stroke. It's been a game changer. The remote makes it easy to adjust everything from the water pressure, position, and how warm you want the seat. It is great quality. The only thing that could be better is the dryer; it would take too long to dry. (I remember when I was comparing before purchasing that was a common complaint across all brands). After the first year, we broke the cover. Customer service was excellent.

Easiest installation ever. Clear directions and any everything was clearly marked. Fantastic product, works better than expected; the water temp is adjustable as is the fan temp, and having the heated seat is just so lovely in the middle of the night. The controls on the remote are clear and it’s easy to adjust the settings you want to use. It has changed the whole bathroom experience. As someone who suffers from chronic uti’s, this has been an amazing addition to my home; I haven’t had any flare up since purchasing this. Being able to wash down there with warm water and air dry without agitation to my skin from toilet paper is amazing. Definitely worth every penny; I just wish I purchased this sooner.

SI es facil de instalar, siempre y cuando tengas un contacto cerca de la taza, si no pues hay que llamar al electricista para que te instale uno y poder contectar el VOVO. Lo único que no pensé al comprar el artículo y que no es ninguna falla con el BIDET, es que realmente no están pensados para ser usados en lugares con agua muy dura con mucho sarro, lo cual es mi caso, y se me han tapado los orificios de salida. Pero en si su funcionamiento es excelente.

温水洗浄便座が壊れ、新しい便座を探していました。条件はリモコンが付いている事、お尻乾燥、リズム機能でした。条件から探すと、大手、ＴＯＴ※等は５万円近くとなり、完全に予算オーバー。３万円程度の安い機種だと、リモコンも付かない。その中でVOVO 温水洗浄便座を見つけ、３万円程度で、希望する全ての機能が入っていました。ちょと聞いた事が無いメーカーだったので、少し不安がありました。届いてしばらく問題なく使用が出来ていましたが、突然ノズルが戻らないアクシデントが発生。メーカーへメール連絡をすると、翌日には対応のメールが届き、新品と無償交換してもらえるとの事。知らないメーカーだったので、サポートを心配していましたが杞憂に終わりました。今、半年を過ぎていますが故障もなく使えています。コストとサポートが最高でした。欲を言えば、臭いを吸収する様な機能があれば良いのですが、価格を考えればなくても仕方ないですね。
